Revitalize & Upgrade

Second Life, give lockers a second life.

Sustainability is an important spearhead within Quispel. Not only with regard to the choice of materials for our products, but with regard to the lifespan of locker systems. We look beyond our own products. We believe it is important that existing locker systems are given a 'second life' if possible. Regardless of which supplier the lockers come from. This is possible thanks to our SecondLife concept.

Extend the life of existing lockers

With our SecondLife concept, we significantly extend the lifespan of existing systems. By revitalising, upgrading or retrofitting them, we make them contemporary again and they can last for years. Mechanical locks can be replaced with modern electronic locking systems, including an associated lock management system. With our SecondLife concept, we make every outdated locker system completely future-proof!

Multiple options

Within Quispel's SecondLife concept, there are various options for revitalizing lockers:

Refitt

Repair, restoration or refurbishment of existing damaged lockers, including options for powder coating or wrapping doors and housings in any colour.

Re-use

Trading in/buying in old lockers for 2nd hand sale and reuse. When necessary, exchanged or purchased old lockers are refurbished (refitt).

Upgrade

Upgrading and modernizing lockers with, for example, an advanced electronic lock system (open your locker via app, RFID or code) with web-based locker management and optional functionalities such as lighting and charging.

Of course, the above options can be combined.

Complete unburdening

Within our SecondLife concept, we preferably take care of the entire process for each solution. From collecting the locker cabinets to disassembly, cleaning, repair, adjustment of doors and locks, re-installation and interior construction work. If it is possible to carry out the adjustments on location, we will make a detailed planning for this. In this way, nuisance during a SecondLife process on location is kept to a minimum.

Mylocker app, very useful!

With the Mylocker app, the user can closely monitor what happens to his/her locker. The system informs the user via the app about all kinds of things, such as alerts, the time remaining for locker use, packages delivered and to be collected, etc. A user can of course also simply claim an available locker or open a locker.
